On the menu

Our lovely couple envisioned a romantic and intimate September wedding. Given that most of their guests were from out of state, they expressed a strong desire to treat them to a traditional New Mexican dinner. During a meeting with the bride and groom, we presented a menu that resonated instantly with them. We treated all 60 guests to our most cherished and authentic recipes, pouring our hearts into each dish as if they were our own family. From the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, featuring ceviche, fresh guacamole, and charcuterie cones, to the refreshing agua fresca and the warm churros, the entire evening was woven with delightful memories and glowing reviews. The energy surrounding us made it feel as though we were serving our own family.
